Do you want to visit the most charming islands in the Ría de Arousa?

On this route we will visit the Island of Rúa and the Areoso Islet.

First we will arrive at Rúa by boat, where we will take a guided tour. Rúa is an island located in the center of the Ría de Arousa. Among its peculiarities, it stands out that it is an island made solely of stone. From its stones you can see the estuary from its highest point in the sea.

On our guided tour we will live adventures among its grots, we will learn about its history, its lighthouse and its importance. An activity that will not leave anyone indifferent.

Then we will take the boat again to go to the Galician Caribbean, the Areoso islet.

Its turquoise waters and fine white sands will welcome us. An island full of charm and nature, where you will have the feeling of being in the true Caribbean.

This time, in Areoso, we will not do a guided tour but rather we will enjoy a nice walk and then we will cool off with a good dip.

We will be on a protected island where the visitor is asked to minimize the impact on its flora and fauna, as well as the extraction of any stones or shells from its environment.

As you can see, a great plan to discover the two treasures of this estuary in a single outing.
